Welcome to ABCCHOA.com, the website dedicated to the Atlantic Beach Country Club community.  Our neighborhood began in 2014 when a group of developers transformed Selva Marina Country Club into a newly designed club and golf course surrounding 178 homesites. Today, 176 beautiful homes have been completed and 2 are under construction. This website is intended to keep homeowners informed by providing community news, notices and access to important HOA documents. Non homeowners interested in learning more about our community may visit the "Community Documents - Public" tab for general neighborhood information without registering.
